If you would like to see the sun set from your own private balcony, Ravinstigen is the place for you to live. Our modern apartment complex with a view of the Baltic Sea is located just above Visby harbor, 1300 meters away from Gotland University, 700 meters from the city walls and convenience stores.

The apartment complex is equipped to accommodate one or two person households. The rental contracts for all apartments in the complex are given the duration of ten (10) months (from August 20th to June 10th). The rental contract gives the tenant right use the storage facility assigned to the apartment the entire year. Broadband Internet connection is included in the rent. Telephone and TV connections are available in the apartments. The shared space includes a spacious kitchen, TV-room, laundry facility and sauna. A limited number of free parking spaces are available. The one room apartments suited for one person are 21 m². Included in the monthly rent of SEK 3470, is broadband Internet connection, electricity, heating, and water. All apartments have tiled bathrooms with WC, shower and hand-basins. The kitchenette consists of two (2) cooking plates (no oven), microwave-oven, and fridge with a freezing compartment. The apartments are fully furnished with two (2) wardrobes, office desk and chair, bookshelf, lamps, bed, quilt, pillow, bedside table, armchair, dinner table and chairs, and outdoor furniture.
