Our admission policies does not request student status thus, applicants with student status are permitted admission prior to non students.

The terms of termination of the rental agreement is three (3) months. If the rental agreement is terminated by the tenant in mid-September or later, the tenant is obligated to pay rent until the end of December, if the tenant can not provide another acceptable applicant to officially take over the contract for the remaining period.

Public facilities and appliances for cleaning is provided in each apartment complex equipped with vacuum-cleaner, cleaning chemicals, brooms etc.

The apartments do not include household utensils.

Terms of rental payment:

The payment of the rent is to be made out to KÅCU AB postgiro: 459916-9. Rental invoices with pre-marked payment advice will not be sent by mail. Please state Name, Apartment number and for what month the payment is settled for. The rent is due the last day of every month and the payment is made in advance. If you move in on August 20th, 1/3 of a monthly rent + deposit for August and the rent for September are due for payment before the end of August.

June and August are 1/3 of a monthly rental payment for the apartments with 10-month contracts.

Deposition?

The deposit fee is SEK 500 and will be returned when you move out of the apartment (for good). The deposit fee is paid simultaneously with the first rental payment, further details can be found on the contract.

Janitorial help?

If you need to get in contact with the Janitor (Robert), please primarily make contact via e-mail or SMS (mobile phone text messaging) and please state if it is OK for the Janitors staff to enter the apartment using a master key without you being present. We kindly ask only to make telephone calls to the Janitor in case of emergency.

How do I get the Internet and telephone services to start?

The only things required to access the Internet is a broadband cable and a computer.

If you want to supplement our basic range of television channels you will need to get a digital TV-box.

If you require a telephone-line connection, you will have to contact Telia (supplier of telephone services). In some cases you will need the name of the prior tenant in your apartment to get access to the telephone net. You can contact us to see if the information is accessible. We appreciate if you give us notice if a telephone service is installed.

Rules of conduct

Please report any water-leakage immediately. Small water-leakage can cause serious damage to the facilities. You may be held liable to pay compensation if you fail to report water-leakage.

Garbage recycling is divided into: Paper, Glass, and Other.
Glass recycling can be done at the end of the parking at Ravinstigen or at the closest convenient store for the tenants at Birkagatan.

Pets are not allowed in the apartments or the shared facilities.

No smoking indoors.

Clean the washing facilities after use.

No bicycles in the hallways and corridors.

Each storage space is assigned the same number as the apartment. Nothing is to be kept
outside the assigned storage space, if it is found there it will be recycled.

Please remember to accommodate your storage space with an appropriate lock.

Please do not keep both apartment keys on the same key ring, the fee for a lost key is SEK 2000, the fee for a lost post key is SEK 500.

If there is a line for application of wall postings you are restricted to use it if applying postings on the walls. Due to neglect and mismanaging of apartments in the past, all apartments will be inspected once a year, usually around Christmastime. The exact date and time will be informed in advance. If you prefer to be present during the inspection we can make an appointed time for the inspection.

It is forbidden for anybody else than stated in the contract to stay in the apartment.

It is forbidden to sleep in the shared facilities.

Unfortunately, infants are not allowed
to live in the apartments with you.
