10 month contracts

On departure, the apartment is to be cleaned and emptied from all personal belongings. The assigned storage space can be used all year but during the summer month it is not possible to access the storage space. The storage space is to be locked and marked with name and apartment number.

When the apartment has been properly cleaned, according to the cleaning checklist, please contact us for inspection with at least one days notice. You have to attend the inspection personally.

For June and August, 1/3 rent is to be paid.

If the contract is not terminated on departure we consider that an extension of the contract is due for the following semester.

On the 20th of August at 15:00 hrs you may access the apartment. Please enquire via e-mail before you return for the coming semester to get information about keys and new codes.

The deposition fee is returned when you give notice and move out.

Cleaning responsibilities when moving out for the summer includes:

Clean windows, inside and outside.

Clean doors, walls, cabinets, and wardrobes (inside and outside).

Remember to clean on top of doors, cabinets, and wardrobes.

Clean air ventilation, if you have problems reattaching the ventilation utilities, clean them and leave on the counter.

Clean behind the microwave-oven.

Defrost and clean the fridge and freezing compartment, leave the fridge with the power on.

The stove, sink, and tiles are preferably cleaned with Svinto.

The tiles in the bathroom and the shower cabin should be cleaned with avkalkningsmedel.

The shower curtain should be washed with 1 dl of chlorine in the washing machine.

The floor-drain in the shower and the hand-basin should be dismounted and cleaned, if you have problems with reattaching them, clean and leave on the floor.

WC, washing arrangements, cabinets, and other areas of the bathroom are to be cleaned.

All furnisher is to be cleaned. Bed clothes are to be washed.

All floors are to be vacuumed and cleaned.

Whip-down the balcony.

If you are not returning for the coming semester, please empty and clean the storage space as well. Nothing is to be left when moving out.

If the cleaning responsibilities are not met a fee of SEK 200 per hour will be debited to the tenant.

Please make sure to commit enough time
to your cleaning responsibilities.
