Has the lowest monthly rent, you can stay here for 2200 a month. Included in the monthly rent is broadband Internet connection, electricity, heating and water. The rooms are 10 to 18 m² for one person. The shared facilities are bathroom and kitchen (shared with 2-4 other tenants). The furniture varies with the size of the apartment, however, included in all rooms are; Bed, Desk and chair, lamp, and wardrobe. Some of the rooms may have an arm chair and/or balcony.
